Buy Trainwreck cannabis plant
The Trainwreck hemp plant is among the well-known sativa-dominant cannabis genetics, combining three traditional lineages. Mexican Sativa, Thai Sativa, and Afghani Indica form the genetic foundation of this exceptional strain.
Those who want to buy a Trainwreck cannabis plant are choosing genetics with high recognition value. It is characterized by its predominantly sativa-influenced growth and a distinctive aroma profile, where pine and earth meet notes of citrus, lemon, and spicy pepper.
Our Trainwreck plants are carefully pre-cultivated and arrive well-rooted. This provides you with an already established Trainwreck hemp plant with a clear developmental head start over a freshly germinated seedling.
Characteristics of the Trainwreck hemp plant
Trainwreck combines two classic sativa lines with an Afghani Indica. This results in a clearly sativa-dominant hybrid genetic with a vital plant structure and a characteristic appearance.

- Type: 80% Sativa / 20% Indica
- Version: Feminized
- Indoor height: strain-typical approx. 100–150 cm
- Outdoor height: strain-typical approx. 150–300 cm

- Strain character: Sativa-dominant classic genetics with a striking aroma profile
Growth and appearance
The Trainwreck cannabis plant displays clear sativa-dominant growth. Typical is a vital development with an upright and taller plant structure.
Barney’s Farm specifies a strain-typical height of about 100 to 150 cm for mature plants under indoor conditions. Under outdoor conditions, mature specimens can reach about 150 to 300 cm.
These figures serve as a guide for the general strain character and do not refer to the size of the delivered young plant. As a natural product, every Trainwreck plant can develop individually regarding height, branching, leaf structure, and appearance.
Aroma profile – Pine, lemon, and spicy notes
A special feature of Trainwreck is its complex aroma profile. Characteristic are strong pine notes accompanied by earthy and spicy nuances.
These are complemented by fresh citrus and lemon notes as well as a slightly peppery spice. In terms of flavor, the genetics are also associated with a subtle sweetness.
This makes Trainwreck distinct from dessert-like genetics such as Apple Fritter. Instead, the strain possesses a fresher, spicier, and more classic aroma character.
Mexican Sativa × Thai Sativa × Afghani Indica
The genetic composition is one of the most interesting features of Trainwreck. With Mexican Sativa and Thai Sativa, two classic sativa lineages meet an Afghani Indica.
The result is a genetic with a ratio of about 80% Sativa to 20% Indica. This keeps the typical sativa character clearly recognizable while incorporating the genetic influence of the Afghan lineage.
Especially for collectors interested in classic landrace lineages and their modern crosses, Trainwreck offers a particularly exciting genetic combination.
Why Trainwreck is so well-known
Trainwreck has established itself as a famous name in the cannabis world over many years. The combination of traditional lineage, sativa-dominant plant structure, and characteristic pine-citrus aroma profile ensures high recognition value.
Those who want to buy a Trainwreck hemp plant online and are looking for a well-known sativa-hybrid genetic will receive a carefully pre-cultivated and well-rooted plant from Greenfield.
