- All plants are shipped in blister packaging via GLS! - It works really well, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee 100% that your plants will arrive without minor transport damage (bent leaf, etc.)
- Please note that legal regulations for the cultivation of hemp plants may vary depending on the region. Make sure you are informed about the applicable laws and regulations in your region and act accordingly.
We have committed ourselves to the following code of conduct:
No sale to persons who have not yet reached the age of 18. By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer undertakes not to use the ornamental plants purchased from us for any unlawful purpose. Our ornamental plants are to be used exclusively for botanical purposes. However, should a customer intend to obtain narcotics from a plant offered by us, this constitutes a criminal offense under the Narcotics Act. If such behavior is recognizable to us, we are unfortunately forced for legal reasons to refuse the conclusion of a purchase contract or to dissolve an already concluded purchase contract. By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer undertakes not to use the ornamental plants purchased from our shop for any unlawful purpose.

Is there a warranty or return policy for the products?

Yes, we offer both a warranty and a right of return for our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Specific warranty terms apply depending on the product, offering you additional protection against material or manufacturing defects. You can find details regarding the warranty directly on the respective product page or in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
Regarding returns: You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, during which you can easily return unused and undamaged items to us. Our customer service team is happy to help you process your return quickly and easily.
Exceptions include opened CBD oils and plants, as these are perishable goods and are therefore excluded from exchange or the right of return.

Delivery costs are €4.90 in Austria and €10 to Germany.
For orders of €30 or more in Austria and €60 or more to Germany, we offer free shipping!
How long does delivery take?

Delivery with GLS generally takes 1-3 working days, depending on the geographical location.
NOTE:
Plants are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid potential storage in the parcel center (over the weekend, etc.). As a result, it may take a little longer for you to receive your shipping confirmation.
