Regarding returns: You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, during which you can easily return unused and undamaged items to us. Our customer service team is happy to help you process your return quickly and easily.
Exceptions include opened CBD oils and plants, as these are perishable goods and are therefore excluded from exchange or the right of return.

For orders of €30 or more in Austria and €60 or more to Germany, we offer free shipping!
How long does delivery take?

Delivery with GLS generally takes 1-3 working days, depending on the geographical location.
NOTE:
Plants are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid potential storage in the parcel center (over the weekend, etc.). As a result, it may take a little longer for you to receive your shipping confirmation.
